Advance Têxtil is among the main Brazilian industries in the textile sector and has one of the largest and most modern manufacturing parks in Latin America. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
We are an industry committed to Environmental Responsibility and Natural Resource Sustainability! We have adopted the SGAI - Internal Environmental Management System - aimed at monitoring environmental aspects, minimizing their impacts through pollution control programs, environmental improvements, and performance goals related to our production chain activities. In our manufacturing process, we use LPG - Liquefied Petroleum Gas and Natural Gas (GN). Our modern machinery includes energy reuse equipment and air pollution control devices. Liquid effluent generated on-site is directed to our own Water Treatment Plant through a suspended hydraulic network. This treatment is monitored and controlled. A portion of this treated effluent is reused in our industrial process. The water reuse program maintained by Advance Têxtil reduces water intake and preserves water resources in the PCJ - Piracicaba, Capivari, and Jundiaí Watershed. Generated waste is properly stored, transported, and disposed of in accordance with the authorization of the environmental agency of the State of São Paulo - CETESB. Advance Têxtil has implemented selective waste collection for recyclables, contributing to reduction, reuse, and recycling efforts. In addition to internal processes and actions that ensure environmental and sustainable commitment, Advance Têxtil holds Oeko-Tex Certification, ensuring that chemicals used in production do not pose harmful risks to health.
